Using Enrollio AI on Mobile

Enrollio AI helps you respond to parent inquiries faster, right from your phone. Whether you want AI suggestions or fully automated responses, you can manage everything from the mobile app.

Note: This feature requires mobile app version 3.71 or later. Update your app if you don't see these options.

Two Ways to Use Enrollio AI

Suggestive Mode

Get smart reply suggestions when parents message you. Review each suggestion before sending — perfect when you want to stay in control.

How it works:

1. Open any conversation in your mobile app
2. When a parent sends a message, you'll see AI-generated response suggestions
3. Tap a suggestion to send it as-is, or edit it before sending

Pro tip: Suggestive Mode works on text messages, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and other supported channels.

Auto Pilot Mode

Let Enrollio AI automatically respond to common parent questions. Great for after-hours inquiries about tours, availability, and enrollment.

How it works:

1. Turn on Auto Pilot Mode in your Enrollio AI settings
2. When parents message you, Enrollio AI sends immediate responses
3. You'll see these conversations in your inbox and can jump in anytime

Important: Always review Auto Pilot conversations to ensure responses match your center's policies and tone.

Training Your AI Bot

Help Enrollio AI get smarter by providing feedback on its responses.

To give feedback:

1. Open any conversation where Enrollio AI responded
2. Tap the feedback icon next to the AI-generated message
3. Mark it as helpful or suggest improvements

Your feedback trains the AI to better understand your center's voice and the kinds of questions parents ask.

Best Practices

• Start with Suggestive Mode to see how Enrollio AI works before enabling Auto Pilot
• Review regularly — check your Auto Pilot conversations daily to catch anything that needs a personal touch
• Provide feedback often — the more you train the AI, the better it gets at sounding like you
• Set boundaries — use Auto Pilot for simple questions, but handle enrollment decisions and pricing discussions yourself
