What Dashboard Widgets Do

Dashboard widgets give you instant visibility into your childcare center's key metrics. From new tour requests to enrollment conversions, these customizable tools help you monitor what matters most—without digging through reports.

To add a widget, click Add Widget in the top-right corner of your dashboard. You can choose from pre-built widgets designed for childcare operations or create custom views tailored to your center's needs.

Best Practices

  • Start simple - Add 3-5 widgets focused on your most important metrics
  • Group related widgets - Use headings to create sections (Enrollment, Operations, Marketing)
  • Update regularly - Remove widgets you don't check and add new ones as needs evolve
  • Share with your team - Create role-specific dashboard views for different staff members
  • Review weekly - Schedule time to analyze trends and adjust your strategy
Pro Tip: Create separate dashboards for different purposes—one for daily operations, one for monthly reviews, and one for marketing performance.
