What is the Enrollio AI Agents Dashboard?
The Enrollio AI Agents Dashboard gives you a unified view of all your AI agents' performance in one place. Instead of checking each agent individually, you can see exactly how your AI is handling parent conversations, booking tours, and answering questions—all from a single screen.
When you need details on a specific agent, you can drill down with a click.
Why Use the Dashboard?
Understanding how your AI agents perform helps you improve parent experience and free up more staff time. Here's what the dashboard enables:
- See everything at once: All your AI agents' metrics on one screen—no more switching between tabs.
- Make faster decisions: Spot trends, identify issues, and find opportunities to optimize your parent communication.
- Filter what matters: Focus on specific date ranges, channels (text, Facebook, Instagram), or individual agents to compare performance.
- Control access: Set permissions so only the right team members see AI analytics.
- No setup required: The dashboard works with your existing AI configuration—it just adds visibility.
Access & Permissions
Access to the dashboard is controlled by a permission called View Enrollio AI Dashboard. When this is enabled for a user, the dashboard appears on the Enrollio AI home page and within each agent's detail view.
Admins can manage access through: Enrollio Dashboard → Team → Edit User → Roles & Permissions → AI Agents → View Enrollio AI Dashboard.

Filters help you answer specific questions about your AI performance:
Date Range
Compare different time periods to spot trends. For example, see how your AI performed last week versus last month, or check metrics during busy enrollment periods.
Channel
Focus on conversations from a specific channel—text messages, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram DMs—to see which platforms drive the most engagement.
Agent
Isolate one AI agent's performance to evaluate its impact or troubleshoot issues. Perfect when you've made changes to a specific agent and want to measure the results.
Understanding Your Metrics
Click any metric card to see detailed breakdowns. Here's what each number means:
Total Unique Parents
The number of individual parents or families who messaged your AI during the selected timeframe. Each parent is counted once, even if they sent multiple messages.
Total Messages
Total back-and-forth messages exchanged between your AI and all parents. This shows overall conversation volume and helps you gauge how actively your AI is being used.
Average Messages per Parent
How many messages, on average, each parent exchanges with your AI. Higher numbers might mean deeper conversations or that your AI needs tuning to answer questions more efficiently.
Total Actions Triggered
The number of automated actions your AI initiated—like starting an automation, adding a tag, creating a task, or transferring to a staff member. The specific actions counted depend on how you've configured each agent.
Tour Link Shared
How many times your AI shared a tour booking link with parents. Use this to see how effectively your AI converts conversations into scheduled tours.
Automations Triggered
Count of automations started by your AI during conversations—like follow-up sequences, welcome campaigns, or reminder series.
Parent Info Updated
Number of times your AI collected or updated parent details (name, phone, email, child's age) and saved them to the family record.
Stop AI Triggered
Instances where a conversation triggered the Stop AI action based on your rules or keywords, pausing the AI so a staff member can take over.
Cancel Tour
Count of tour cancellations your AI confirmed with parents during conversations.
Reschedule Tour
Number of times your AI helped parents reschedule an existing tour to a new date and time.
Transfer AI
How many times your AI handed off the conversation to another AI agent based on your transfer rules.
Human Handover
Count of times your AI passed the conversation to a staff member using the Human Handover action—typically for complex questions or situations requiring a personal touch.
Total Tours Booked
The number of tours scheduled through your AI agents. Cross-reference this with your calendar to validate specific bookings.
Time Saved
Estimated staff time saved by letting AI handle conversations and tasks automatically. This metric gives you directional insight into productivity gains—think of it as hours your team can spend on other priorities.
