Overview

You can now choose exactly who receives email notifications after your AI voice assistant completes a call. Instead of automatically notifying all admins or being limited to one extra recipient, you have full flexibility to select multiple recipients based on your team's needs.

Why This Matters

Personalization: Notify only the staff members who need to know about specific calls.

Reduced Noise: Stop sending unnecessary emails to admins who don't need them.

Improved Usability: Easily configure multiple recipients to keep the right people in the loop.

What's Changed

Flexible Selection: Choose one or more recipient types instead of being limited to just one.

Admin Opt-Out: Notifications no longer automatically go to all admins by default.

Recipient Categories:

  • All Admins
  • All Users
  • Parent's Assigned User
  • Specific Users
  • Custom Email

Updated Interface: New multi-select controls in the Agent Goals section make configuration simple.

How to Configure Post-Call Notifications

  1. Go to Create or Update Agent in Voice AI.
  2. Click the Agent Goals tab.
  3. Toggle on Receive Email Notification Post Call Completion.
  4. Select one or more recipient types from the available options.
  5. If you select Specific Users, choose staff members from the dropdown list.
  6. If you select Custom Email, enter the email address where notifications should be sent.
  7. Click Save to apply your settings.

Pro Tip: For tour-related calls, consider notifying the parent's assigned user so they can follow up quickly. For general inquiries, routing to all admins or a central enrollment inbox might work better.
