Overview
You can now view test calls alongside live parent interactions in your Voice AI dashboard. A new Call Type filter helps you quickly sort between practice calls and real conversations.
What's New
Call Type Filter: Choose between Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both using a simple dropdown menu.
Available Everywhere: The filter appears in both All Agents view and individual agent logs.
Complete Records: Test call entries include full recordings and transcripts, but they're excluded from your performance metrics so they don't skew your data.

- Go to Voice AI > Dashboard Logs
- Click the Call Type dropdown above your call logs
- Select Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both
- Clear the filter anytime to return to the default combined view
Pro Tip: Use Test Calls to review how your AI agent handles different parent scenarios—like tour requests, waitlist inquiries, or enrollment questions—before going live.
Important Note
Test calls don't count toward your dashboard analytics or performance metrics. This keeps your reporting accurate and focused on real parent interactions.
