Make your Enrollio dashboard reflect your center's brand by choosing a theme or creating your own. This guide walks you through personalizing the look and feel of your dashboard in just a few clicks.

Open Your Dashboard

Navigate to the dashboard you want to customize.

Enter Edit Mode

Click the Pencil icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. This puts your dashboard into edit mode where you can make changes.

Once in edit mode, click Add Widget to access the customization sidebar.

Access the Themes Section

In the sidebar that appears on the right, switch to the Themes tab.

Choose or Create Your Theme

You have two options:

  • Select a predefined theme from the available options, or
  • Create your own custom theme by configuring each element (background color, text color, widget styles, and more)

Save Your Changes

Once you've chosen or created your theme, click Save to apply the changes to your dashboard.

Customize Individual Widgets (Optional)

Want different themes for specific widgets? You can apply unique styling to individual dashboard widgets.

  1. Click on a widget to edit it
  2. In the sidebar, switch to the Theme section
  3. Configure the theme settings for that specific widget
  4. Click Save

Your dashboard theme helps you stay organized and makes checking enrollment metrics, parent communications, and tour schedules more visually appealing throughout your busy day.
