How to Create a Custom Dashboard

Tailor your reporting experience by creating multiple dashboards that track the metrics most important to your childcare business. Whether you're monitoring enrollments, tours, revenue, or parent engagement, custom dashboards help you visualize the data that drives your decisions.

What are Custom Dashboards?

Custom Dashboards give you a configurable analytics space where you can track key metrics for your childcare center. Monitor enrollment opportunities, tour bookings, parent communications, revenue trends, and more—all in one place. You control the layout, the widgets you add, and even automated report delivery to your team.

Key Benefits of Custom Dashboards

Multiple Dashboards: Create dedicated dashboards for Enrollment, Marketing, Tours, Finance, or any other area of your childcare business. Set one as your default view.

Custom Widgets & Metrics: Add unlimited widgets to surface the insights that matter most—enrollment rates, tour conversion, waitlist status, parent engagement, and more.

Scheduled Reports: Automatically deliver dashboard reports to your team at any frequency you choose—daily, weekly, or monthly.

Full Customization: Personalize your dashboards with themes, colors, and backgrounds that match your center's brand.

Deeper Insights: View your data in multiple formats including charts, graphs, and tables for comprehensive analysis.
