A toll-free number makes it easier for families to reach your childcare center without worrying about call charges. This guide walks you through purchasing a toll-free number directly in Enrollio to enhance how parents connect with you.
Important: If your Client Account uses Enrollio's built-in phone system, you can purchase and register toll-free numbers directly through the platform (US/Canada only). If you're using your own Twilio account, you'll need to contact Twilio support to register your toll-free number.
How to Purchase a Toll-Free Number
Step 1: Navigate to Your Client Account
Open the Client Account where you want to add the toll-free number.

Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

In the Settings menu, click Phone Numbers.

Click the Add Number button.

Choose your country from the dropdown menu (typically United States).

Click Filters, then:
- Deselect Local and Mobile
- Make sure only Toll-Free is selected
- Click Apply
Hit Search to see available toll-free numbers.

Browse the available numbers, select one you like, and click Proceed to Buy.

If you're using Enrollio's built-in phone system, you can register your toll-free number directly through the platform. Look for Toll-Free Number Registration in your phone settings.
