Enabling Third-Party Cookies in Your Browser

Enrollio uses cookies to keep you logged in and save your preferences as you work. If you're experiencing login issues or seeing unexpected logouts, you may need to enable third-party cookies in your browser.

This guide walks you through the process for Safari on Mac. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox for the best experience with Enrollio.

Safari on Mac

Step 1: Open Safari Preferences

Click Safari in the top menu bar, then select Settings from the dropdown. You can also press Cmd + comma to open Settings directly.

Pro Tip: If you're still experiencing issues after enabling third-party cookies, try clearing your browser cache and logging in again. If problems persist, reach out to our support team — we're here to help.

Other Browsers

Using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge? These browsers typically have fewer issues with Enrollio. If you need help adjusting cookie settings in another browser, contact our support team.

Why This Matters

Enrollio needs to store certain information in your browser to keep your session active and remember your preferences. When third-party cookies are blocked, you may experience:

  • Unexpected logouts
  • Lost form data
  • Features not working as expected

Enabling these cookies ensures a smooth experience as you manage enrollments, communicate with families, and run your childcare business.
