Enabling the Template Library

If you manage multiple locations through Enrollio, you can control which client accounts see the template library:

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Enrollio Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Template Library option.
  3. Toggle on Make Templates visible to client accounts.

Using Templates for Enrollment Pages

  1. Go to your client account (or your main account if you're a single location).
  2. Navigate to Sites > Enrollment Pages.
  3. Click New Enrollment Page.
  4. Select Go to Template Library.
  5. Browse templates and choose one that fits your enrollment goals.
  6. Customize with your center's photos, content, and branding.

Yes, if you're on a multi-location plan, you can create and save your own templates to share across all your centers. This keeps your branding consistent while letting each location customize as needed.

No. The Template Library is included with your Enrollio account at no additional charge.

Q: Will more templates be added over time?

Q: Can I hide certain templates from specific locations?
Yes. You can create categories and toggle them to Hidden. Any template in a hidden category won't appear for client accounts unless it's also in a visible category.

Yes. You can mark templates as favorites so they're easier to find when you need them again.
