Overview
If you're using your own Twilio account with Enrollio instead of Enrollio Phone directly, you need to configure webhooks so incoming calls and messages reach your platform. This article walks you through the setup process in your Twilio console.
Before You Start
Make sure you have admin access to your Twilio account. You'll be updating settings for each phone number connected to Enrollio.
Step 1: Access Your Twilio Phone Numbers
Log in to your Twilio account and navigate to your active phone numbers list.

If Your Number Uses a Messaging Service
Some Twilio numbers are connected to a Messaging Service instead of configured directly. If yours is, follow these additional steps:
- Click Active numbers
- Click on the linked Messaging Service
- Go to the Integration tab
- Select Send a webhook
- Set these webhooks:
-
Request URL:
https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/appengine/twilio/incoming_message -
Fallback URL:
https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/appengine/twilio/incoming_message
-
Request URL:
- Click Save

Repeat for All Numbers
If you have multiple phone numbers in Twilio, repeat this process for each one you want to use with Enrollio.
Troubleshooting
If calls or messages aren't coming through after setup:
- Double-check that all webhook URLs are entered exactly as shown (no extra spaces)
- Verify HTTP POST is selected for all webhook methods
- Confirm the routing region is set to US1
- Wait a few minutes—changes can take a moment to propagate
