What’s New
As of April 23, 2025, sub-accounts with older A2P applications are now automatically being registered for SHAKEN/STIR. This update increases the likelihood of calls being completed and answered.
Additional details:
CNAM registration can help display your business name when calling contacts, though it is not guaranteed.
Any sub-account not yet registered for A2P can still register for both SHAKEN/STIR and CNAM by following the provided registration guide.
This change also applies to all new A2P submissions going forward.
