What You Can Do Now
Here’s how to use advanced permissions:
- Go to Settings > My Staff
- Select the user role you want to edit (parents, dancers, etc.)
- Toggle specific permissions on or off for things like:
- Viewing schedule
- Managing payments
- Registering for classes
- Accessing documents
- Click Save — changes take effect instantly!

Sarah, the owner of Twirl & Tap Studio, wanted parents to update contact info, but not see staff-only notes. With advanced permissions, she quickly turned off access to private notes for parent accounts. Her team loves the peace of mind, and parents can still manage everything they need!
