Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
What It Is:
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code during login.
Why It Matters:
Protects your account even if your password is compromised.
Offers peace of mind knowing your sensitive data is secure.
How It Works:

Login as Usual:
Enter your email ID and password on the login screen.
Tap “Sign In.”

Choose OTP Delivery Method:
Select how you want to receive the One-Time Password (OTP): via your registered email or phone number.

Enter the OTP:
Tap “Continue,” enter the received OTP, and tap “Verify and Sign In.”

Access Your Account:
Once verified, you’ll be redirected to your Sub-Account securely.
Password Management via Mobile App
What It Is:
A new Change Password option allows you to update your account password directly from the app.
Why It Matters:
Convenient and secure password updates without accessing the web app.
Ensures your account is protected by logging you out of all active sessions after a password change.
How It Works:
Open the app and navigate to Settings > General Settings.
Tap on Change Password.
Enter your current password and a new password.
Tap Update to save changes.
All active sessions across devices will be logged out automatically for added security.
