Overview

Enrollio automatically sends various email notifications to keep you and your families informed. This article lists all system-generated emails and shows you how to control which ones are sent.

Tour Request Notifications

When families book tours through your enrollment site, Enrollio sends notifications to the appropriate staff members.

How to Disable Tour Request Notifications in Group Calendars

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar Settings
  2. Open the calendar you want to modify
  3. Click the Confirmation tab
  4. Toggle off notification settings
  5. Click Save

How to Disable Tour Request Notifications in Unassigned Calendar

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar Settings
  2. Open your unassigned calendar
  3. Click the Confirmation tab
  4. Remove email addresses from the notification list
  5. Click Save
Note: If your calendar is set to auto-confirm appointments and send alert emails, tour owners will still receive tour request emails. This behavior will be updated in an upcoming release.

Review Request Notifications

When you request reviews from families, the email comes from the account of the person currently signed in.

If you want review requests to come from the family's assigned staff member, use the Send Review Request action in your automations instead.

Social Media Notifications

Social Planner Reconnection Emails

Enrollio sends an email notification when your social media connections expire and need to be reconnected. These emails come from the account of the person currently signed in.

You can disable these notifications in your Social Planner settings.

New Review Notifications

When families leave reviews, you'll receive an email notification. You can disable this in your notification preferences.

Invoice and Payment Notifications

Enrollio automatically sends email notifications to families for various payment events:

  • Invoice received — when a new invoice is generated
  • Payment successful — when a payment goes through
  • Payment failed — when a payment attempt is declined
  • Upcoming auto payment — reminder before scheduled payment
  • Auto payment failed — when a recurring payment doesn't go through

You also receive internal notifications when:

  • An invoice payment attempt fails
  • A recurring payment encounters an error
  • Auto payment is skipped because the invoice amount was manually changed

Account Management Emails

Password Reset Verification

When you or a staff member requests a password reset, Enrollio sends a verification code email automatically. This cannot be disabled for security reasons.

New User Notifications

When you add a new staff member to Enrollio:

  • Administrators receive a notification that a new user was added
  • The new user receives an email with their username and login instructions

You can customize the onboarding email that new staff members receive. See the resources section below for details.

Text Messaging Compliance Notifications

Enrollio sends important compliance updates about your text messaging capabilities to account owners and administrators. These emails come from noreply@donotreply.leadconnectorhq.com.

You'll receive notifications when your:

  • A2P Brand registration is submitted, rejected, or approved
  • A2P Campaign registration is submitted, rejected, or approved
  • Toll-free number verification is submitted, pending, rejected, or approved
Important: These compliance emails cannot be disabled as they contain critical information about your ability to send text messages to families.
