This consolidated feature streamlines text adjustments for sections such as Product List, Product Detail, and Upsell, making your store more personalized and user-friendly.
How to Customize Text in Your E-Commerce Store
- Open the Store Builder:
- Access your E-Commerce Store Builder from your Enrollio dashboard.
- Select a Component:
- Click on the element you want to customize, such as Product List, Product Detail, or Upsell.
- Navigate to Text Customization Settings:
- In the Settings tab on the right, go to the General section.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Text Customization section.
- Edit Text Fields:
- Text options are grouped into sub-sections for various parts of the selected component (e.g., Shipping Details, Payment Section).
- Update text, labels, or headings according to your store's tone or branding.
- Save and Publish:
- Once changes are complete, click Save and then Publish to make the updates live.
Key Points to Note
- Invisible Text Elements: Some text (e.g., error messages or empty result states) may not appear in the builder preview but can still be customized in this section.
- Consolidation of Options: Existing options like Button Options and Form Options are now part of the Text Customization section for easier access.
- Compatibility: Current stores will continue to function without changes if no text customization is made.
