How to Create and Manage Category Queues
- Prepare Content: Ensure your published posts are tagged with the appropriate categories.
- Create a Category Queue:
- Navigate to the New Post button and select Category Queue.
- Choose the desired category for the queue.
- Set Preferences:
- Enable Future Posting: Include future posts in the queue automatically.
- Prioritize Content: Move new posts to the front of the queue for immediate publishing.
- Schedule Posting Times:
- Select preferred days and times for your posts to go live.

- Edit Content:
- Review and edit media or text before finalizing.
- Fix any errors flagged by the system to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Finalize:
- Click Queue Post to schedule posts or Save as Draft if there are unresolved issues.

- Pause or resume queues anytime from the Content tab.

Important Notes
- Category queues are only created for published content tagged to a category.
- Previously published posts can be updated or edited during queue setup.
- Currently, queues cannot be edited or rescheduled after creation.
- Pausing or deleting a queue is possible at any time to adapt to your content strategy.
