Enrollio now supports email template previews and the ability to add CC recipients to document-related emails. These features provide greater customization and collaboration opportunities when sending documents.

Key Features

1. Email Template Preview

  • Easily preview and edit email templates before sending.

  • Make real-time adjustments to email content when sending a specific document.

2. CC on Document Emails

  • Add CC recipients for:

    • Global document email templates.

    • Individual or public documents.

  • Ensure seamless collaboration by keeping additional stakeholders informed.

How to Use These Features

Preview and Edit Email Templates

  1. Global Email Templates:

    • Navigate to Docs → Settings → Preview.

    • Edit the global email template as needed.

  2. Per-Document Templates:

    • Open the desired document.

    • Select Send via Email.

    • Modify the email template directly in the editor.

Add CC Recipients

  1. Global CC Settings:

    • Go to Settings → Customer Notifications → CC Settings.

    • Add the email addresses of CC recipients.

  2. Per-Document CC:

    • Open the specific document.

    • Click Send via Email.

    • Add CC recipients during the email composition process.
