This functionality lets admins automatically delete older call recordings after a customizable retention period, helping you maintain recent recordings while keeping expenses in check.

  • Automatically delete call recordings older than a specified retention period.
  • Default retention period: 90 days (customizable).

How to Enable Auto-Delete for Call Recordings

  1. Navigate to Settings:
    Go to Sub-account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording.

  2. Enable Auto-Delete:

    • Locate the Call Recording Retention option.
    • Turn it ON to enable auto-deletion for older recordings.

  3. Set Retention Period:

    • The default period is 90 days. Adjust it according to your requirements.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Confirm your settings to activate the auto-deletion feature.
