Streamline Your WooCommerce Store Integration with Enrollio

WooCommerce store owners can now easily import and sync store data directly into Enrollio. This integration simplifies the migration and management of store information, including contacts, orders, and transactions. By leveraging Enrollio's powerful marketing tools and triggers, such as Order Submitted and Payment Received, you can enhance your automation and streamline your workflows.

How to Use the WooCommerce Integration

1. Access the Integration Settings

  • Navigate to Settings > Integration > WooCommerce in your Enrollio sub-account.

2. Connect Your WooCommerce Store

  • Click the Connect button to begin setup.
  • Enter a valid WooCommerce store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com without a trailing slash) in the modal that appears.

3. Select Data to Import

  • On the Import Elements screen, choose the data you wish to import from your WooCommerce store:
    • Contacts
    • Orders
    • Transactions

4. Configure Syncing Settings

  • On the Sync Settings screen, configure the data you want to continuously sync with Enrollio, including:
    • Contacts
    • Orders
    • Transactions
    • Triggers like Order Submitted and Payment Received

5. Complete the Setup

  • Click Save to finalize your setup. The import and sync process may take some time, depending on the size of your store’s data.

6. Manage Settings

  • Once the integration is active, you can enable or disable specific syncing elements for future orders via the Integration Settings.

7. Reimport Data (If Needed)

  • To reimport missed data, disconnect and reconnect the WooCommerce integration.

Key Notes About WooCommerce Integration

  1. Integration Criteria:

    • Sub-accounts under the same agency can connect to the same WooCommerce domain.
    • An agency can only be linked to one WooCommerce account.

  2. Customer Type Import:

    • Only customers with the roles “customers” and “subscribers” will be imported.

  3. Contact Creation with Disabled Sync:

    • Contacts will still be created if Order Sync is enabled, even if Contact Sync is disabled.

  4. Guest Checkout Handling:

    • Guest checkout customers will be created as contacts but will not be updated or synced in the future.

  5. WooCommerce Status Mappings:

    • Completed or Refunded → Completed in Enrollio
    • Cancelled or Failed → Cancelled in Enrollio
    • All other statuses → Pending in Enrollio
