Deliver Digital Products with Ease Using Enrollio’s E-Commerce Platform

Digital product delivery is now a streamlined experience for store owners on Enrollio. Whether it’s eBooks, audio files, or software, you can securely deliver digital products to customers instantly after purchase. Customers receive their files through secure download links sent via email, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly process.

How It Works

For Store Owners

  1. Set Up Digital Products:

    • While creating a product variant, set the product type to Physical or Digital under:
      Payments > Products > Select a Product > Variant Page > Shipping and Delivery.

  2. Upload Files:

    • Add up to 10 files per digital product, each with a maximum size of 100 MB. For more files, compress them into a ZIP file under 100 MB.
    • Supported file formats: images, audio, video, documents, and ZIP files.

  3. Create Product Variants:

    • Easily offer multiple variants for a product. For instance, if you sell books, you can create variants such as eBook, Audio Book, or Physical Book.

  4. Enable Order Confirmation Email:

    • Turn on the Enable Order Confirmation Email toggle under:
      Payments > Settings > Notifications.
    • This ensures customers receive an email with the Access Downloads button for retrieving their digital files.

For Customers

  1. Order Confirmation Email:

    • After checkout, customers will receive an email with an Access Downloads button to retrieve their files.

  2. Customer Access Center:

    • Clicking the button redirects customers to the Customer Access Center, where they log in using an OTP sent to their email.

  3. Direct Access via URL:

    • Customers can also access downloads via a unique URL:
      https://<storeurl>/store/account/orders (e.g., myawesomestore.com/products/store/account/orders).

  4. Download Files:

    • After logging in, customers can download all the purchased digital files at once as separate files.

Key Notes

  • Digital Orders Only: Delivery is exclusive to orders placed through E-commerce stores.
  • No Shipping Fees: Digital products incur no shipping fees, but standard shipping applies if physical items are in the cart.
  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for digital products. Digital upsells with COD orders require online payment.
  • Download Limits: Customers can download up to 10 files per order, each file capped at 100 MB.
  • Login Requirement: Customers must be logged in to access their files.
