Easily Transition Your Shopify Store to Enrollio

Enrollio now offers a seamless way to migrate and sync your Shopify store data, including products, collections, orders, contacts, and transactions. Store owners can leverage Enrollio's advanced tools, like automated triggers and marketing workflows, to supercharge their business operations.

Previously, the Shopify integration supported syncing orders, contacts, and transactions. With this latest update, users can now import and continuously sync all their products and collections, making the migration process smoother than ever.

What’s Included in the Shopify Integration?

  1. Product and Collection Sync:

    • Import all Shopify products and collections directly into Enrollio for centralized management.

  2. Order, Contacts & Transaction Sync:

    • Keep Shopify orders, contacts, and transactions continuously updated in Enrollio.

  3. Automation Triggers:

    • Use triggers like Order Submitted and Payment Received to build custom workflows and automate marketing tasks.

How to Migrate and Sync Your Shopify Store with Enrollio

Step 1: Access the Integration

Navigate to Settings > Integration > Shopify in your Enrollio account to access the integration page.

Step 2: Connect Your Shopify Store

  1. Click the Connect button.
  2. Enter your Admin API Access Token and the Shopify store URL in the modal that appears.

Step 3: Select Data to Import

  1. On the Import Elements screen, choose what data to import:
    • Contacts
    • Orders
    • Transactions
    • Products
    • Collections

Step 4: Configure Syncing Settings

  1. In the Sync Settings screen, configure continuous syncing options:
    • Contacts
    • Orders
    • Transactions
    • Products
    • Collections

  2. Enable triggers like Order Submitted and Payment Received to automate workflows.

Step 5: Complete the Setup

Click Save to finalize the setup. Note that the import and sync process might take some time to complete depending on the volume of data.

Step 6: Manage Settings

After integration, you can enable or disable syncing for future updates. To reimport data, simply disconnect and reconnect the Shopify integration.

Key Notes

  • Taxes: Product taxes are not mapped during import or syncing.
  • Order Status: Orders synced from Shopify will show statuses as Completed or Cancelled.
  • Merged Contacts: Merged Shopify contacts will update the primary contact in Enrollio.
  • Default SEO Settings: If Shopify SEO details haven’t been customized, Enrollio will receive null values.
