How to Use Review Post Automation

  1. Navigate to Social Planner:

    • Go to Marketing > Social Planner in Enrollio.

  2. Create a Review Post:

    • Click New and select the Review Post option.

  3. Follow the 3-Step Automation Form:

  • Choose platforms to pull reviews from: Facebook or Google Business Profile (integrations required).
  • Select the social accounts to post to and filter by star ratings.
  • Decide on the frequency of posts (daily, weekly, or yearly).

  • Choose from default options or upload custom images (JPEG/PNG, 1:1 ratio, 5MB max).

Step 3: Customize Post Details

  • Add a custom caption or use the review content as the caption.
  • Configure how customer names are displayed (full name, first name, or initials).
  • Adjust font color, background color, and opacity for a polished look.
