Enrollio now supports Group Chat for SMS, enabling you to connect with up to 10 participants in a single conversation. This feature simplifies messaging, boosts efficiency, and enhances collaboration—perfect for real estate deals, team coordination, or group decision-making.

1. Group SMS Conversations
- Use LeadConnector phone numbers (US/Canada only) to initiate group chats.
- Add up to 10 participants, including yourself, in one group SMS conversation.
- Messages sent by any participant are shared with the entire group, ensuring seamless updates.
How to Use Group Chat
Creating a Group Chat

Navigate to Conversations:
- Go to the Conversations section in Enrollio.

Click Create a New Message and select Group Message.

Choose a Phone Number:

Select a phone number (US/Canada) to use for the group.

Add Participants:

Add contacts by selecting their primary or secondary phone numbers.

Send Messages:
- Click Create Group and send your message.

All participants will receive the message and can reply, keeping the entire group informed.
Managing Group Chats
View Participants:

See all group members in the top bar or right panel by clicking the chevron beside the contact names.

Clicking on a participant’s name opens their contact details

Updated and Deleted Contacts:

Messages will continue to send to the original numbers even if a contact’s details are updated or deleted. Tags like “Updated” or “Deleted” will appear next to their names.

- Users can only view and create group chats with contacts assigned to them.

Phone Number Access:
- Users can send group messages if they have access to the number used for the chat.
- Admins can access all numbers, while users can access default numbers, numbers assigned to them, or unassigned numbers.
