- Internal User Calls: If a team member answers, their name appears under Conversations > Message Details.
- Forwarded Calls: If the call is forwarded, you’ll see the forwarded phone number listed.

Bug Fixes and Enhancements
1. User-Selected Call Status Prioritization
When using the Power Dialer in Conversations > Manual Actions, you can select the call status at the end of each call.
- The status you choose is now applied in:
- Workflow triggers and automations.
- Call reports.
Note: If no status is selected, the system will detect the status automatically.
2. Optimized Voicemail Drops
- Voicemail drops now accommodate answering machine messages longer than 15 seconds.
- The system waits for the answering machine message to complete before dropping the voicemail, ensuring better delivery.
