Bank Transfer Support for Invoices in Enrollio

Enrollio now supports bank-only transfers for invoices, allowing users to streamline payments via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). With customizable global and per-invoice settings, you can control how payments are collected while enhancing the user experience for your clients.

What’s New?

1. Enhanced Payment Method Configuration

  • Global Settings: Configure payment methods across all invoices.
  • Per-Invoice Customization: Adjust payment methods for individual invoices without impacting global defaults.

2. Supported Payment Methods

  • Available for Stripe users with ACH and SEPA support.
  • Invoices in unsupported currencies will not have this configuration option.

User Experience

When the bank transfer option is enabled:

  • Clients will see only the bank transfer method during payment.
  • This streamlined approach simplifies the payment process for bank-only transactions.

How to Use This Feature

Global Settings

  1. Access Default Payment Settings:

    • Navigate to Payments > Invoices & Estimates > Settings > Payment Settings > Manage Default Payment Methods.

  2. Enable Bank Transfers:

    • Use the toggle to enable bank-only transfers (ACH & SEPA) or allow all payment methods.

Customizing Payment Methods for a Specific Invoice

  1. Open Invoice Settings:

    • Go to a new or existing invoice and click the three dots menu.
    • Select Manage Payment Methods.

  2. Enable or Disable Payment Methods:

    • Use the toggles to customize payment methods (e.g., enable bank transfer only for this invoice).
