Post Facebook Stories with Enrollio’s Social Planner

With Enrollio’s Social Planner, you can now post and schedule Facebook Stories, expanding your social media presence while streamlining content management. This update makes it easy to create visually engaging content for your audience directly from the Social Planner.

How to Create Facebook Stories Using Social Planner

  1. Navigate to Social Planner:

    • Go to Marketing > Social Planner in Enrollio.

  2. Connect Facebook Pages:

    • Link your Facebook pages to the Social Planner for posting access.

  3. Create a New Post:

    • Click New Post and use the Post Composer to add your content.
    • Upload an image or video that aligns with Facebook Story guidelines.

  4. Select Social Accounts:

    • Choose your connected Facebook page(s) from the dropdown menu.
    • Add the content you wish to post.

  5. Schedule Your Story:

    • Use the scheduling feature to set a time for your Facebook Story to go live.

Content Guidelines for Facebook Stories

  1. Image Requirements:

    • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
    • Maximum file size: 4MB.

  2. Video Requirements:

    • Supported formats: All video formats.
    • File size: Up to 1GB.
    • Duration: Minimum 3 seconds, maximum 90 seconds.
    • Dimensions: Minimum resolution of 540 x 960 px.

  3. Unsupported Features:

    • Facebook Stories do not support thumbnails or OG Meta Tags.
