Enrollio’s Advanced Filters and Smart Lists bring efficiency to workflow management by allowing you to apply multiple filtering criteria and save filtered results as reusable views. These tools are designed to simplify navigation, improve organization, and enhance your automation processes.

How Advanced Filters and Smart Lists Work

Using Advanced Filters

  1. Access Advanced Filters:

    • Navigate to the Automations tab in Enrollio to view your workflows.
    • Click on Advanced Filters to begin.

  2. Apply Filters:

    • Select a filter type (e.g., action, trigger, tag).
    • Choose an operator (e.g., equals, contains).
    • Define the value for the filter.

  3. Combine Filters:

    • Use +And to add conditions that all must be met.
    • Use + Add Filter to include alternate conditions that can meet any one of the criteria.

  4. Activate Filters:

    • Click Apply to view the filtered workflows.

Creating and Managing Smart Lists

  1. Save Filtered Results:

    • After applying filters, click Save.
    • Choose Save as New Smart List to save the filtered workflows as a reusable list.
    • Select Discard Changes to reset filters without saving.

  2. Access Smart Lists:

    • Saved Smart Lists appear as tabs in your workflow view, such as next to the Needs Review tab.

  3. Create Smart Lists from Scratch:

    • Click + Smart List, apply your desired filters, and save the list.

  4. Manage Smart Lists:

    • Use the Customize List option to rename, delete, or organize your Smart Lists.
    • For multiple Smart Lists, use the More icon to browse through all your created lists.

  5. Delete a Smart List:

    • Select the Smart List and click Customize List > Delete to remove it.

Use Cases for Advanced Filters and Smart Lists in Enrollio

  1. Filter by Action:
    Identify all workflows that use the action Email for easy review or updates.

  2. Segment by Tags:
    Create a Smart List for workflows that use specific tags, allowing for better segmentation and management.

  3. Track Specific Triggers:
    Generate a list of workflows using the Customer Replied trigger to monitor engagement-based automations.
