Starting December 2nd, 2024, Enrollio’s Number Validation feature evolves into Number Intelligence, providing enhanced tools to block spam calls, identify unknown callers, and validate numbers for SMS communication. These features ensure better call management and improved client interactions.

 

What Does Number Intelligence Offer?

1. Block Spam Calls

Automatically flag spam calls from unknown U.S. numbers, reducing interruptions and allowing teams to focus on important conversations.

2. Identify Unknown Callers

Retrieve the names of unknown callers, enabling more personalized and professional greetings.

3. Validate Numbers Before SMS

Check if numbers are SMS-capable before sending messages, ensuring better delivery rates.

 

How Does It Work?

  1. For Sub-Accounts Already Using Number Validation:

    • Spam Detection and Name Lookup will be enabled automatically.
    • Charges will apply as per usage (details below).

  2. For Sub-Accounts Not Using Number Validation:

    • Enable Number Validation now or wait to enable Number Intelligence after the December 2nd release.

How to Opt Out

If you do not wish to use Number Intelligence, you can opt out as follows:

  1. Opt Out Now:

    • Disable Number Validation under Sub-account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > SMS Compliance.

  2. Opt Out Later:

    • After December 2nd, disable Number Intelligence under Sub-account Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Number Intelligence.

Device Compatibility

  • Web App: Supports Spam Detection, Name Lookup, and Number Validation.
  • Mobile App: Supports Name Lookup and Number Validation (Spam Detection support coming soon).
