How to Use Custom Value Linkage

Access the Document Editor:
Open the Documents Editor in Enrollio and prepare your document. -
Link Fields to Custom Values:
- Add a recipient to the document.
- Select a text or date field, and use the link button on the toolbar.
- Choose to link the field to either:

A Contact Custom Value (e.g., contact name or email).

A Document Custom Value (e.g., document-specific identifiers).

Pro Tip: A single field can be linked to multiple custom values if needed.

Save and Send:
Finalize the document and send it to the recipient for signing. -
Automatic Updates After Signing:
Once the document is signed, all linked fields will automatically update in the corresponding contact or document records. -
Export Filled Data:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Download a CSV file containing all filled fields for easy tracking and data analysis.
