How to Add New Email Domain
1. Go to Settings > Email Services > Dedicated Domain and IP
2. Click Add Domain and enter your domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) and click "Add & Verify"
After adding the domain, it will provide DNS records (e.g., TXT, CNAME) that need to be updated in your domain registrar. Copy these records for the next step.
3. Update Your DNS Settings
- Log in to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains).
- Locate the DNS management section.
- Add the provided DNS records (TXT, CNAME, etc.) exactly as displayed from Enrollio.
- Save the changes.
4. Verify Your Domain
- Return to Enrollio and click Verify next to your domain.
- It may take up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.
