That’s why we’ve enhanced our chat widget to give you more control over the avatar images displayed.
What’s New?
With this update, you can now choose whether to enable or disable image optimization for your chat widget. By default, image optimization is enabled, ensuring faster load times and a smoother user experience. However, if you prefer to showcase high-resolution avatars for a more visually striking chat widget, you can opt to enable the high-resolution option. Keep in mind that this choice might result in longer load times.
How to Adjust Your Settings:

Access the Chat Widget:

Open the chat widget on your Enrollio dashboard and click on the widget name.
