Revamped Forms and Surveys Submissions Page: Expanded Column View and Enhanced Functionality

 

The Forms and Surveys Submissions Page in Enrollio has been revamped to provide a more user-friendly experience. With expanded columns, dynamic table views, and the ability to copy and redirect from submission data, managing form and survey submissions has become more efficient than ever.

What’s New?

1. Expanded Column View

Previously, only a limited number of columns (such as name, email, etc.) were visible for form submissions. Now, all available columns from the form submissions are visible, giving users a more complete view of the data.

2. Dynamic Column Management

Users can now select, deselect, and reorder the columns to view form and survey data in their preferred order. This makes it easier to focus on the fields most relevant to your needs.

3. Copy and Redirect Functionality

Users can now copy phone numbers, emails, and redirect directly to URLs directly from the submissions table, making it faster to access important information or take immediate actions.

How to Use the Revamped Submissions Page

  • Navigate to Submissions
    Go to Sites > Forms > Submissions to access your form and survey submissions.

 

  • Expand Individual Submissions
    Click on the expand icon (marked in red in the screenshot) to view the details of an individual submission. If needed, you can also download that submission as a PDF by clicking the download icon (marked in green).

 

  • Download or Delete Submissions
    Select form submissions to either download them in CSV format or delete specific entries directly from the submissions page.

 

  • Manage Table View
    Click on the Manage Columns button to select, deselect, and reorder fields. You can adjust your view based on the fields you need to prioritize.

 

  • Export All Submissions
    Use the Export button to download all form submissions in CSV format for more in-depth analysis.

  • Adjust Column Width
    Columns can now be resized by expanding or contracting the edges of the columns within the table view, offering greater customization.

Coming Soon: New Features

  • Sorting: Users will soon be able to sort submissions based on various fields, helping organize data more efficiently.
  • Advanced Filters: The ability to apply logical filters to specific fields (e.g., filter by specific criteria) will make it easier to analyze submissions and extract key insights.
