Track Document Activity Seamlessly with Enrollio's New Document History Feature
We’re excited to announce the launch of Document Activity Tracking in Enrollio, a powerful feature that allows you to easily track the status of your documents from the moment they’re sent until they’re signed. With this feature, you can view the entire document history and quickly identify what actions are needed to move your contracts to closure.
What’s New?
Here’s what you can do with Enrollio’s Document Activity Tracking:

Complete Document History: See the full lifecycle of a document—including when it’s sent, edited, viewed, and signed—by clicking on View History in the options menu.

Quick Status Updates: Simply hover over the contact icon to see the last viewed time and identify actions that still need to be completed by the user.
How to Use the Document Activity Tracking Feature
To easily track your documents in Enrollio, follow these steps:
- Open Documents and Contracts: Navigate to the Documents and Contracts section in your Enrollio dashboard.
- Check Document Status: Scroll to the relevant document line item to view its current status.
- Hover Over Customer Icons: Hover over the customer icons to see the last action time, tags, and the status of all users involved with the document.
- View Detailed Logs: For more detailed information, click on the three dots next to the document and select View History. This will open a right-hand drawer displaying all actions taken on the document.

Instant Status Updates: Now you can know the exact status of your documents on the go, without needing to open the document every time you check for updates.

Speed Up Closures: With readily available information on document status and pending actions, you can quickly move your contracts towards closure.
Note: The last action time in the hover modal is only available for documents sent from now onwards. Older documents will not display the time of last action.
