We’re excited to introduce the new Inventory Management page for e-commerce store owners in Enrollio. This feature provides a streamlined way to manage your product inventory, update quantities, and control the availability of items when they're out of stock. The addition of enhanced search functionality also makes it easier to locate specific products.
About the Inventory Management Page
The Inventory Management page is designed to simplify how you handle your store's inventory. Here’s what you can do:

Update Product Quantities: Easily adjust stock levels for any product variant in your store.

Continue Selling When Out of Stock: Enable the "Continue selling when out of stock" option to keep selling items even when they are unavailable in inventory.

Enhanced Search Functionality: Quickly find products by searching using SKU or the product/variant name.
How to Use the Inventory Management Feature
Follow these steps to access and use the Inventory Management page in Enrollio:
- Access the Inventory Page:
Navigate to Payments > Products dropdown > Inventory to open the Inventory Management page. - Update Product Quantities:
Adjust the quantities for any product variant. If you want to continue selling out-of-stock items, toggle the "Continue selling when out of stock" option. - Save or Discard Changes:
Click Save to apply any changes made to the inventory or Cancel to discard them. Be sure to save your changes before navigating away from the page to avoid data loss.
- Search Products by SKU or Name:
Use the search bar to find specific products by entering the SKU or the product/variant name.

SKU Display: If a SKU is not provided for a product, it will be shown as "NO SKU."

Variant Details: Clicking on a product variant will take you directly to the variant detail page for more in-depth information.
