With this integration, you can easily sync your e-commerce orders with Shippo, gaining access to real-time shipping rates from over 40 carriers, printing labels, and automating your order fulfillment process.

The Shippo integration simplifies your shipping workflow by allowing you to:

How to Use Shippo with Enrollio

Follow these steps to set up the Shippo integration in Enrollio and start using it to manage your e-commerce shipping:

 

In Shippo:

  • Generate Live Token:

    • Go to Settings > Advanced > API > Live Token in your Shippo account.
    • Generate the live token that will be used to connect Shippo with Enrollio.

  • Set Up Shipping Options:
    • Configure the Sender address, Package template, and Weight in the Shipping options page.
    • Add your Shipping Options and set any markup fees you wish to charge.

 
 

In Enrollio:

 

Set Up Shipping Origin:

  • Navigate to Payments > Settings > Shipping Origin.
  • Add the shipping origin details, which will be sent to Shippo as the Sender's address. If not defined, Shippo’s default Sender address will be used.

 

Install Shippo from Marketplace:

 

  • Access Shippo through the Marketplace Apps or the Enrollio Account Integrations page.
  • Add the generated live token from Shippo and enable live shipping rates.

 

Configure Shipping Rates:

  • Ensure that the Shipping zone is pre-configured to enable live Shippo carrier rates.
  • Set up Parcel templates and other shipping options to accurately display live rates during checkout.

 

Important Notes

  • Shippo Setup: For live rates to appear at checkout, you must set up Shipping Options, Parcel templates, and Sender/Receiver addresses in Shippo.
  • Live Token Requirement: Only a live token can connect your Shippo account to Enrollio for seamless order fulfillment and live shipping rates.
