After receiving over 400 votes on our ideas dashboard, we've created this tool to make it simpler than ever to stick to your branding across all your digital assets.

 

What’s New in Brand Boards?

Here’s what you can expect from the new Brand Boards feature:

  • Multiple Boards: Create and manage multiple brand boards to fit all your branding needs, whether it's for different products, campaigns, or departments.

  • Custom Defaults: Change your default brand board at any time to adapt to new projects or design changes.

  • Easy Access: Save up to 2 logos, 10 colors, and 5 fonts in your Brand Boards for quick reference and use in your designs.

  • Quick Recommendations: Your default brand colors, fonts, and logos will automatically appear in your color picker, font picker, and media library for faster access.

  • Email Builder Integration: Use your saved brand elements directly in the email builder for consistent email designs.

  • Funnels Support: Apply your brand colors seamlessly in funnels with an upgraded color picker that includes a new eye dropper tool.

  • Custom Colors: Save and update custom colors directly within funnels and websites, making it easy to adjust to your brand needs.

How to Get Started with Brand Boards

Follow these steps to begin using Brand Boards in Enrollio:

  1. Navigate to Marketing: Open the Marketing section and select Brand Boards to start setting up your brand elements.

  2. Location Settings: You can also access Brand Boards under Location Settings for easy updates and adjustments.

  3. Enable Brand Colors: Go to Beta Labs to enable the feature that allows you to use brand colors in Funnels.
