We’re excited to introduce the new Task Reminder Notifications feature in Enrollio, designed to help you stay organized and manage your tasks more efficiently. With this feature, you can set reminders for due and overdue tasks, ensuring that you never miss a deadline. Notifications can be customized to suit your schedule and are delivered via push notifications, SMS, or email.

 

What’s New?

Here are the key features of the Task Reminder Notifications:

  • Customizable Reminder Times: Set reminders at your preferred times to fit your workflow and ensure you stay on top of your daily tasks.

  • Multiple Notification Channels: Receive reminders through your preferred channels, including push notifications, SMS, and email.

  • Daily Notifications: Schedule daily reminders for both due and overdue tasks, making it easier to manage your workload.

 

How to Use the Task Reminder Notifications

Follow these steps to enable and configure your reminders in Enrollio:

  1. Navigate to Task Settings:
    Go to Enrollio Account > Settings > My Profile > Notifications.

  2. Set Reminder Preferences:
    Under Task Notifications, enable daily summary reminders and select your preferred time of the day for notifications.

  3. Save Settings:
    Save your preferences to start receiving reminders via your chosen channels.

 

Known Limitations

Please note that reminders will begin triggering one hour after being configured. This delay ensures the system syncs your reminders across all selected channels correctly.

Additionally, you can also set reminders to trigger hours or days before specific tasks are due, giving you more control over how you manage your schedule.
