Incoming IVR calls can now be answered on the Web or Mobile application
Incoming calls can now be answered on the Enrollio platform, providing more flexibility and convenience for handling customer inquiries.
How to Set Up Forwarding Calls:

Navigate to Settings

Go to My Staff and select the team member you want to configure.

Click on Edit and go to Call & Voicemail Settings.

Under Forward Calls to, choose either Web App, Mobile App, or My Phone Number.
Default Channel for Ring All:
In addition to forwarding IVR calls, Enrollio also offers the option to choose the default channel for the 'Ring All' function when notifying multiple agents of incoming calls. This feature allows you to select either the Web App, Mobile App, or Phone Number for receiving notifications.
Default Channel for IVR:
Similarly, you can choose the default channel for IVR calls among Web App, Mobile App, or Phone Number. This ensures that all incoming calls are directed to the preferred communication channel for each team member, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness.
