Streamline Order Fulfillment with Enrollio’s New Print Packing Slips Feature for E-Commerce Stores

 

We’re excited to introduce a new feature in Enrollio that will help store owners streamline their order fulfillment process. You can now generate packing slips for any order in your eCommerce store, making it easier to manage shipments efficiently. Whether you need labels for entire orders or just specific items, this feature has you covered.

 

What Information is Included on the Packing Slips?

The generated packing slips will include all the essential details needed for smooth fulfillment:

  • Order ID
  • Order Date
  • Store Name
  • Shipping Address & Billing Address
  • Itemized List of Products: Including variant names, product images, and quantities
  • Sender's Address (Store Address)

This comprehensive list ensures that your team and shipping partners have all the necessary information to fulfill each order accurately.

 

How to Use the Print Packing Slips Feature

Generating packing slips in Enrollio is easy and can be done from two main areas:

  1. Order Details Page:

    • Navigate to Payments > Orders.
    • Select any store order and click "Print Shipping Label".
    • This will download a PDF with the packing slip, showing both unfulfilled and fulfilled items on separate pages.

  2. During Fulfillment:

    • When fulfilling orders, select the items and quantities being shipped.
    • Click "Print Shipping Label" to generate a packing slip for those specific items.

 

Key Notes to Remember

  • Packing slips can only be generated for eCommerce store orders.
  • For orders with multiple partial fulfillments, each fulfillment will generate a separate page for the corresponding items.
  • Currently, the billing and shipping addresses are the same on packing slips, but this will be editable once the billing address field is released on the checkout page.

 

 

 

 

This new feature makes it easy to organize shipments, track fulfilled and unfulfilled items, and ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
