We’re excited to introduce the Bulk Edit Opportunities feature in Enrollio, designed to simplify your workflow by allowing you to update multiple opportunities simultaneously. This powerful feature helps you save time and effort, improving the efficiency of your pipeline management.

 

What’s Included?

Here’s what you can expect from the Bulk Edit Opportunities feature:

  • Bulk Selection: Select multiple opportunities at once, either individually or by selecting all available opportunities in your view.

  • Multi-Field Updates: Update or clear various fields across multiple opportunities in just a few clicks. Fields include standard options like Pipeline Name, Stage, or Owner, as well as custom fields tailored to your needs.

  • Pipeline Management: Seamlessly move opportunities between pipelines without worrying about data loss or duplication.

  • Bulk Action Monitoring: Track the progress of your bulk edits via the Bulk Actions page, where you can see success rates and identify any errors that may occur.

 

How to Use the Bulk Edit Opportunities Feature

Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the Bulk Edit Opportunities feature in Enrollio:

 

Enable List View: Ensure that the List View for Opportunities is enabled in Labs.

 

Access List View: Navigate to Opportunities > List View to access the feature.

 

Select Opportunities: Choose the opportunities you want to edit by selecting multiple entries, either manually or by selecting all.

 

Update Fields: Select the fields you want to update, such as Pipeline Name, Owner, or custom fields, and enter the new information.

 

Apply Updates: Click Confirm to apply your changes across all selected opportunities.

 

Monitor Progress: Head over to the Bulk Actions page to monitor the progress of your updates, review successful changes, and identify any errors.

 

Note: This feature is only available in List View, which must be enabled from Labs to use the Bulk Edit feature.
