Tasks tab allows you to view a list of all your tasks
The dedicated Tasks tab allows you to view a list of all your tasks, so you can easily manage tasks for your business. By using this feature you can view, create, edit, search, and filter through your Tasks.
Step 1: Create a Task

Navigate to Contacts >Tasks

Click “+New Task” in the top right corner

Fill out the popup that appears:

Tasks can also be added using automations such as Workflows, Triggers, and Campaigns
Step 2: Managing Your Task List

Search by a Task name in the search bar, found in the top left corner

Filter Tasks using the dropdown options, found in the top right corner

Check the box on the left side of the Tasks to select multiple and apply bulk actions

You can mark as complete, mark as pending, or delete multiple tasks at one time.

Click the 3-dot dropdown menu to individual manage one Task

You can mark as complete, edit, or delete a task in this way.
