This feature enhances privacy for your venues and makes it easier to manage multiple locations without revealing their exact names. Once the booking is confirmed, the actual location will be disclosed to the booker, ensuring they know exactly where to go.
"Ask the Booker" Location Type: For those times when you have a new location that isn’t listed in your custom locations, the "Ask the Booker" feature comes in handy. This allows bookers to input their preferred meeting location during the booking process, which will then be used for all future references. It’s perfect for last-minute changes or when you need to accommodate new venues, giving your bookers the flexibility to choose the most convenient location.

To start using these features, simply go to your calendar settings and select the desired calendar. From there, you can set up the display label and "Ask the Booker" features by following the provided instructions.
