We’re excited to introduce the new "Look Busy" feature in Enrollio's Calendar, designed to help you increase demand and create a sense of urgency for your bookings. This feature hides a percentage of your available time slots on the booking widget, making it look like you’re in high demand, which can encourage faster bookings from clients.

 

What’s New?

The "Look Busy" feature is perfect for creating urgency without reducing your actual availability. Here’s how it works:

  • Hide Time Slots: A set percentage of your available slots is randomly hidden from view on your booking widget.

  • Consistent Availability Display: Even as customers book appointments, the number of visible slots remains consistent until the real availability matches what’s shown. For example, if 50% of your slots are hidden, the booking widget will still display only the reduced availability even as new appointments are booked.

 

Example:
If you have four time slots available in a day and choose to hide 50%, your customers may only see two available slots, encouraging them to book sooner.

 

Supported Calendar Types

The "Look Busy" feature is available for the following calendar types:

  • Event Calendar
  • Round Robin Calendar
  • Collective Calendar
  • Service Calendar

 

Please note that this feature is not currently supported for class bookings or service menus.

 

How to Use the "Look Busy" Feature

Follow these steps to enable and configure the "Look Busy" feature in Enrollio:

  1. Go to Calendar Settings and select your desired calendar.
  2. Navigate to the Availability tab.
  3. Find the "Look Busy" option.
  4. Turn it on and set the percentage of slots you want to hide.
  5. Click Save to apply the settings.

This simple process helps you manage how your availability is displayed, giving you greater control over your booking flow and helping you maintain the appearance of high demand.
