When you send a snippet, it opens a service conversation on WhatsApp. For the next 24 hours from the last inbound message, you can send unlimited snippets, with costs incurred only once per 24-hour period. Predefined Templates for Quick Responses:
Save time by creating and reusing predefined message templates (snippets). These templates are ideal for common responses, promotional messages, and routine communications, ensuring faster and more consistent messaging across your channels.

How It Works
Follow these simple steps to start using message snippets in Enrollio:
- Go to Marketing > Templates (Snippets) > Add Template (Snippet) > Add Text Template (Snippet).
- To use a snippet in a conversation, go to Conversation > WhatsApp > Insert Snippets.
- Select the desired snippet. It will auto-populate into the message, and you can either send it immediately or make edits before clicking Send.
