To use this feature, simply go to Automations > Workflows > Create Workflow > Start from Scratch > Select WhatsApp: Customer Service Window Check.

Two branches will be created: Open and Closed. Under the Open branch, select WhatsApp action and choose None - Free form message template.

Under the Closed branch, select WhatsApp action and choose a marketing/utility template to initiate a conversation with the customer.
