Send WhatsApp Voice Notes with Enrollio’s Latest Mobile App Update

We’re excited to introduce the latest feature in Enrollio’s Mobile App v3.82—the ability to record and send WhatsApp voice notes directly within the Conversations section. Available on HighLevel, LeadConnector, and whitelabelled apps, this update makes it even easier to communicate with your contacts through WhatsApp.

What’s New?

• Record Voice Notes: Start recording a new voice note by tapping on the voice note icon.

• Pause and Delete: You can pause and resume recording at any time. If you need to, you can also delete the current recording and start over.

• Send Voice Notes: Once recorded, you can send the voice note directly in the WhatsApp conversation.

How It Works

1. Open the Mobile App: Log in to the app with your preferred Enrollio account.

2. Navigate to Conversations: Head to the Conversations section and select an ongoing WhatsApp chat.

3. Record Your Voice Note: You’ll see a voice note icon next to the text field. Tap it to start recording. You can pause, resume, or delete the voice note if needed.

4. Send the Voice Note: After recording, simply tap the send icon to send the voice note in the conversation.
