Introducing Attribution Parameters in Enrollio Dashboards for Enhanced Opportunity Tracking
Track sales opportunities with attribution and UTM parameters in Enrollio's Opportunity widgets. Get deeper insights into your campaigns and boost your sales strategy.
We’re excited to announce a major update to Enrollio’s Opportunity widgets: Attribution and UTM parameters are now available! This update will help you gain deeper insights into which channels, campaigns, or team efforts are driving sales opportunities and generating revenue, allowing you to fine-tune your marketing strategy.
What’s New?
Here are the latest features added to the Opportunity widgets:

Attribution Property: Filter opportunities using either First or Last attribution through the new Attribution property in the widget’s conditions.

UTM Parameters: Create detailed widgets with the addition of key UTM parameters like UTM Campaign, UTM CampaignId, UTM Content, UTM Keyword, UTM Medium, UTM AdId, UTM AdGroupId, and UTM Source.

Other Attribution Properties: You can now also filter opportunities by Medium and Session Source to understand traffic origins.

Group by/View by: Create visualizations such as donut and line graphs using new properties like Session Source and Medium.

Updated Granular Insights: All the new properties are available in the granular insights table view and can be exported as CSV files for further analysis.

Table Widget Columns: The new properties are also available for selection within the Table widget’s column selector, giving you more options for displaying detailed data.
How It Works
Follow these steps to use the new Attribution and UTM parameters:
- Enter Edit mode on your Enrollio Account Dashboard.
- Click Add Widget.
- Under the Opportunity category, choose any widget.
- Go to the Condition tab and select Attribution.
- Select the Attribution Type (First or Last).
- Click Add Attribution Field to configure attribution parameter filters (UTM parameters, Session Source, Medium, etc.).
- To add more parameters, click Add Attribution Field again.
- Save your changes.

Important Notes

UTM parameters and fields are only visible in the Table and Granular Insights views when an Attribution type (First or Latest) is added to widget conditions.

Group/View by properties like Session Source and Medium can only be selected if the Attribution type (First or Latest) is applied to widget conditions.
