This workaround is meant to resolve email issues when connecting your enrollment platform to Enrollio
If you are having issues connecting your enrollment platform to Enrollio, here is a proper workaround!
Please note that this workaround only works if the platform that you are using is sending confirmation emails for new enrollments.
Step 1 Setting up the Gmail forwarding
On your Gmail account, click the gear icon to open the settings then click 'See all settings.'
In the settings click the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' tab then click the 'Add a forwarding address' button.
Add enrollments@enrollio.ai email address. Click on 'Next.'
On the pop-up up click on proceed.
You'll receive a confirmation pop-up. It might say that it will require verification, please reach out to support so we can check the inbox and approve the Gmail request.
Please make sure that the forwarding is disabled, if not all of your emails will be forwarded to us. Click on the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 Creating Filters
Click on the icon on the right of the search bar to open the filter.
Add the email address your studio (Jackrabbit, Studio Director, Dance studio, etc.) uses to send the notification emails. You can add additional filters like the subject of the email you receive from the platform you're using but it's totally optional.
Mark the forwarded to then add the forwarding email you added then click Create filter. This will ensure that only emails that pass the filter will be forwarded, not all emails you receive.
