In this article we’ll go over how to resend membership credentials. This can be done a few different ways.
Part 1: Manually resending them

Navigate to your contact record in question

Find the email that went out with the membership credentials

Retry if the email failed, or copy and paste the information to send to the user directly
Part 2: Resetting and Resending

Navigate to your contact record in question

Scroll down on the left hand side of the contact

Select “Change Password”

Here, you can generate a new password and either copy and send that manually, or send an email notification of the change.
